Things went fairly well. basic movement has been coded, as well as collision detection. more to come soon!
Background!
In the year 1284, the great prophecy was foretold to the immortal king of Albastia that in 1308 four children of great power were to take away his immortality and slay him. In 1290, they were born and put in an orphange out of the city for safe keeping. 18 Years later, they fall through a massive opening during an earthquake and find a chained up prophet. He informs them that they are the four children from the Great Prophecy and that they must embark on a quest to slay the legendary dragons of the lost underdungeons and defeat the god tyrant Yuxil and bring back peace for all the world.
Project Implosion
Our first game will be a open world rpg comprising of nearly 200 missions/side quests. Graphics will be 8-bit and will be top down scrolling. Combat will be in real time.
